Did you know that we each have our own burn time in the sun? To understand SPF and how it works, you first need to know how SPF is calculated. The golden rule: How many minutes it takes your skin to burn without any protection multiplied by the SPF factor.
Directions for use: Apply liberally at least 5 g (one teaspoon) for each limb, front and back of the body and half that for the face, neck and ears 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours and always after swimming, sweating and towel drying.

Caution: For external use only. Do not use on broken skin. Avoid contact with eyes - rinse with water to remove. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and seek medical advice. Keep out of reach from children. Avoid prolonged sun exposure. Wear protective clothing, hats and eyewear when exposed to the sun.
