Refund Policy

At CLY Skin&Beauty, your satisfaction and skin health are my top priorities. I’m committed to offering high-quality products and personalised services. Please take a moment to read the refund policy below before making a purchase.

Consultations & Services

All consultations—whether in-person or virtual—are non-refundable. Time is reserved especially for you, and I appreciate your understanding that last-minute cancellations or no-shows affect small businesses deeply.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments changed or cancelled within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

Product Sales (Prescription Skincare)

Due to the nature of the products, I offer—many of which customised for your specific skin—I cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

However, if a product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order at clyskinandbeauty@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item. I will gladly arrange a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

Allergic Reactions or Sensitivities

Although rare, if you experience a reaction:

  1. Stop using the product immediately

  2. Contact me within 7 days with details and images

  3. I will assess the case individually and may request the product be returned

Reactions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and do not automatically qualify for a refund under ACL.
