All consultations (in-person or virtual) are non-refundable. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may incur a fee.

Skin consultations are for educational and professional guidance purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice. Always seek advice from a medical professional if you have concerns about a skin condition.

4. Product Sales & Prescriptions

Many skincare products sold through this website are prescription-based or require professional guidance. You must complete a consultation before accessing these products.

Products are not for resale and are intended for personal use only. I reserve the right to refuse sales where no prior consultation has occurred.
