Shipping & Delivery Policy

At CLY Skin&Beauty, I strive to ensure that your professional skincare products arrive safely and promptly. Please read the following policy to understand how shipping is managed and what to expect when placing an order.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are only processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

📦 Note: If your products are prescription-based or require a consultation, processing may take longer depending on your treatment plan.

2. Shipping Within Australia

I currently ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post or Sendle.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas)

Shipping timeframes may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, and public holidays.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. You will be shown the final shipping cost before confirming your payment.

Free shipping may be offered for certain order values or promotions, as advertised on the site.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the delivery status of your order at any time.

5. Delivery Issues

I take great care in packaging your order, but if your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation:

I’ll work with the courier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate under Australian Consumer Law, arrange a replacement or store credit.

Please note that I am not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the courier service

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Parcels left unattended at the delivery address

6. Local Pickup (if applicable)

If you offer pickup:

You are welcome to collect your order from my clinic. Select Local Pickup at checkout and I’ll contact you to arrange a convenient time.

7. International Shipping

At this time, I only ship within Australia. If you're located outside of Australia and wish to purchase, please contact me directly.
